What is Charles expected to do in the 10 days between the queen’s death and her funeral?

The new king is expected to embark on a tour of the four nations of the United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. He will receive pledges of allegiance from members of the government, meet the public, and attend memorial services for the queen.

Will the queen’s funeral be televised?

While the queen’s funeral will be seen on Television, it is absolutely forbidden to film royal family members during the service.

Where will the queen be buried?

Prince Philip has been buried in the royal vault below St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. It has been suggested that his coffin will later be moved when his wife dies so that the two coffins can be interred together in a tomb in the chapel itself, alongside the queen’s father King George VI, the Queen Mother, and Princess Margaret.

Even so, other reports stated that Philip is probably going to be buried on the grounds of Frogmore Castle on the Windsor Estate, according to his wishes.

If the last option turns out to be the chosen one, there’s a slight possibility that the queen and Philip’s ultimate resting place is similar to the one of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
