Will Camilla become the queen?
In the Queen’s February 2022 Platinum Jubilee Message, Queen Elizabeth announced her decision, regarding Camilla, which she will be Future Queen Consort. In her decision, the Queen stated:
“When, in the fullness of time, my son Charles becomes King, I know you will give him and his wife Camilla the same amount of support that you have given me; and it’s my sincere wish that, when the right time comes, Camilla will be known as Queen Consort, as she continues her own loyal service.”
Camilla was never loved by the English people, mainly because she always had to wear the stigma of “the other woman”, given that Charles’ marriage with Diana was full of events. However, it seems that the English folks are now willing to love her more than they ever did.
