Sweetened iced tea

We know it’s fresh and all, but a standard can of peach iced tea has 34 grams of added sugar, which is close to 9 teaspoons. It’s over our daily limit for two days, not one! If it’s pre-sweetened, you don’t have any control over how much added sugar it has (or artificial sweeteners, as a matter of fact).

It will be life-changing if you’d chose to go for the unsweetened version and add a teaspoon or two of sugar by yourself. This way, you’ll give proper knowledge on how much sugar you drink and cut out the sugar content by more than half.
