While you might think that is the same as chocolate milk, you might be disappointed to find out that the answer is no. There are brands like Yoo-Hoo who are definitely not chocolate milk, at least not from what the Food and Drug Administration considers to be milk.

The first ingredient on the list is water, which is followed by high fructose corn syrup, and then isolated whey protein (there you go, you have SOMETHING from milk). The rest of the drink is cocoa powder, dry milk powder, other artificial flavors, corn syrup solids, and palm oil. Delicious? Definitely. Healthy? Not so much!
