Probiotic-infused drinks
High-sugar diets are wildly associated with a high ratio of bad bacteria to good bacteria, as a “Neuroscience” study has managed to prove. This basically means that if you want to significantly improve your gut health, you have to cut back on sugar first, while adding probiotics to your diet.
But unfortunately, if you pay attention, you’ll realize that most of the probiotic drinks are actually full of sugars, which defeats the whole purpose. As an example, take a single serving of Tropicana Essentials Pineapple Mango Probiotics juice, that has a whopping 29 grams of sugar. And yes, this might not come from any added sources, but fruit sugar is the same as cane sugar to your body!
