Worst No. 3: The day Melania Trump was hit with COVID-19
The coronavirus pandemic and its devastating effects have been some of the worst news in the last three years. Just as millions of Americans have been infected, so was the First Family. In fact, one of the worst days of Melania Trump’s time as first lady was the day she tested positive for the coronavirus. Even worse, her son, Barron, also tested positive shortly after.
In her time spent indoors recovering, the first lady wrote a few words letting people know her state of health and thoughts. She said that she was fortunate enough to deal with minimal symptoms, though initially it felt like a roller coaster of symptoms.
Melania also said that recovering from an illness is the perfect occasion to reflect. She has reportedly been reflecting on her family and the hundreds of thousands of people across the nation who have been infected with the virus.
