18 Nevada

Nevada may be called the Silver State but there is no silver lining when it comes to the work from home environment, coming in at no. 28. The state did manage to snatch the sixth position in terms of living conditions, helping its overall ranking and turning it into the 18th best place to work from home.

17 Massachusetts

Massachusetts provides the second-highest level of internet access to its residents, but the average household also has to pay the third-highest price on average for electricity. The Bay State made it to number 17 on our list in terms of the best at-home working conditions and it is by far one of the best places for working moms.

16 Idaho

Internet does not come cheap in Idaho, but this didn’t stop the Gem State from coming in at no. 16 for best work-from-home conditions. Maybe the fact that it ranked no. 20 for work conditions as well as living environment had something to do with it.
