Believe it or not, Facebook can actually track your mouse cursor every time you use your personal computer for this. According to the big scandal from 2018, Facebook owners said that they track the cursor movements to determine if the user is a human or a bot.
How crazy is this? They previously said that they track the cursors just to know the ads we are interested in, in order to show us only what appeals to us.
2. Facebook is collecting your contact details
Did you know that Facebook is actually storing your contact details? Starting with your phone number, address, and location details, Facebook collects them all, even if you’re not giving them by choice. Imagine if a hacker had access to our personal information!
That would be horrifying, for sure. I think Facebook plays it cool just because it hasn’t been compromised by a major hack attack until now. I don’t want to say “wait and see,” because no one knows what the future brings!
