Since January 2021, California has lifted its statewide restrictions that implied staying home. However, there are still some places that may restrict certain activities. California is one of the states where the vaccination rate is high and the number of cases of Covid-19 is low, which made it open up to visitors.
California suggests that people who are not vaccinated should self-quarantine and also, masks are mandatory for everyone that is in a public setting. In conformity with covid19.ca.gov, unvaccinated people should test for Covid-19 1 to 3 days before traveling and 3 to 5 days after.

Yet, immigrants are transported to states all over our nation without vaccines. About 20% of them have symptoms of Covid!
