5. Boris and Arkady Rotenberg
Boris and Arkady Rotenberg are brothers and they are the owners of a bank called SMP. Arkady is considered to be one of Vladimir Putin’s close friends, who once did judo with the Russian president.
In 2018, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of a bridge between Crimea and Russia. In 2014, both of the Rotenberg brothers were sanctioned by the United States due to their connection with Putin.
6. Yevgeniy Prigozhin
Yevgeniy Prigozhin is considered to be “Putin’s cook” and in 2018, he was incriminated by the United States for leading attempts to meddle in the 2016 US election.
