He is reckless and determined in his weird and inhuman decisions to do whatever it takes to win.
If you look at the image above, you can see a residential building from Kyiv that was destroyed by an enemy aircraft. The mayor of the city, Vitali Klitschko, advised people to look for shelters inside because the invaders will attack from the air.
Besides that, he stated that nobody died after this massive aggression.
