5. Grocery Upgrades (Including Organics)

I am always happy when I go shopping and I see a lot of organic products. Walmart is one of my favorite places when it comes to this. You will also find some yummy types of cheese, charcuterie, and sushi. The bakery aisle is a bit different in terms of structure depending on which store you’re going to. The Great Value line of products is pretty affordable, and they also have organic foods. Amazing, right?

6. Free health screenings

Periodically, Walmart offers Walmart Wellness, which is a day of free health screenings and resources. This program includes a free health check-up, including measuring blood glucose, body mass, and blood pressure. Usually, this stuff costs a lot, but here you can have it for free. The main bonus is that you can actually talk one-on-one with a pharmacist who can recommend a visit to a doctor if it’s necessary. Don’t forget to check your closest Walmart shop for the date of the next free health screening!

  1. There’s “wants” and then there’s “needs.” We might want a bunch of crap for less than what it costs Walmart to sell it, but we NEED companies that take care of their employees and give them benefits and a decent wage. And NOT take advantage of government programs by teaching their employees how to apply for food stamps or the dreaded “Obama” care (that’s right… the same “Obama Care” you’ve all been rallying against is the same healthcare Walmart offers its employees!). Companies like Walmart rally against government interference yet pump the government for every tax break and employee benefit they can. Proud to say I’ve NEVER shopped at Walmart and NEVER will!
