If the company is taking 40 hours of your time during the week and you are also asked to work during the weekend, your employer should pay you for your extra hours. Snapping your bathroom breaks

Weekend hours may be unclear, but bathroom hours are even more confusing. Federal law doesn’t provide specific rules when it comes to bathroom breaks, but it does specify that if employees are allowed to take them, then they also have to be reimbursed for them.

In 2016, a company in Pennsylvania was forced to pay their employees for bathroom breaks after previously making them clock out whenever they used the bathroom.
