Letting little things affect you

Don’t let one bad moment ruin your entire day. Instead of taking life’s small mishaps too seriously, focus on the big picture and allow yourself to be happy.

When something bad happens, just accept that there’s nothing you could have done to prevent it and save yourself the internal battle, criticism and tension you always subject yourself to. If you must know, in some cultures, small mishaps like breaking a glass or finding a hair in your soup are considered signs of good luck. So, next time a bird poops on you, play the lottery instead of getting angry!
