You get tired easily
This is maybe one of the most confusing signs. We’re all feeling exhausted at a certain point, but does this mean we should instantly think of a heart attack? No. The difference is in a bunch of little things. If you feel very tired or winded after doing something that you had no problem doing before, such as climbing the stair or carrying groceries, THEN you should ask yourselves some questions.
There are some significant changes that are more relevant than every little ache and pain we might be feeling. For example, extreme exhaustion or even unexplained weakness for a longer period of time can be a symptom of a heart problem.

I have a irregular heart beat 95% of the time. I have sweating at night when sleeping some times drenched.
My heart has had racing above 100 beats per minute. My blood pressure suddenly dropped low 5 days before Christmas. I had to stop taking blood pressure medication because it was too low. But now I have been fatiqued all the time since then. I can’t hardly do anything at all. My left artery is 79% plugged up. And I have congestive heart failure. Is there anythng that can help my heart !
