Same-s*x marriages
Republicans disagree with same-s*x marriages, and they believe that a marriage should only be between a man and a woman. Republicans also believe that g*y couples shouldn’t be able to adopt children, while Democrats are against same-s*x discrimination at the federal and state levels, and they believe that every couple should have the same right, no matter the gender or the se*ual orientation of that couple.
Limits of government
Republicans are strongly believing that a smaller government is better. As the Republicans see it, the government should have fewer responsibilities and no interference with the economic sphere.
However, Democrats think that the government should have a bigger role in helping and supporting all American citizens. The intervention of the government should be seen in the public sphere, including businesses and health care system regulations.
