Vons managed to get 73 points out of 100. Despite the fact that Vons can be found in only two states, they have a bigger chance to attract more loyal customers if only they would improve their prices, cash desk speed, the assortment of organic products, and overall quality of goods. They didn’t have a very good rating on these particular indicators, even if they are pretty clean and their staff is nice.
Price Chopper
Price Chopper has stores all over Northeast USA. It also has a history of nearly 130 years, managing to expand more in states such as New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. But when it comes to organic products, the chain got the worst possible place in the ranking. Even so, they have diverse reviews, ranging from good to disapproving.

I’ve been shopping there and I have to say their prices are incredibly low. Produce and fruit are top quality. As good as Sprout’s. And you can check out with the wave of your hand!
I go to Shaws in Newburyport Ma I have always been satisfied with their produce, meats and baked goods.
I do agree their prices are not competitive but I have usually been satisfied with the courtesy of their employees

Shaw’s: Higher prices…. accept some of the products when “on sale.”
Must be lucky to live in south Texas bc Ive never heard of these stores…I have 2 HEBs in my town along w Aldis and sam club!
I shop frequently at Key Food in Kings Park, Long Island, New York
May be the prices are a little higher than stores but the Lady who runs the front area is very nice
Also they are clean & well stocked with the grocery items I need

Other than Whole Foods, how can the rest of this list be meaningfully evaluated? After all, most grocery stores are owned by maybe 2 or 3 large Corporations? Or maybe only ONE? I can’t keep track!
Add Publix! Inflated prices! Only use their BOGOs
