7 Things You Might Not Be Able to Buy at Grocery Stores Soon

5. Sugar

I am not sure if this is a bad thing or not, but there is a big possibility that in the near future we will have a drop in sugar supplies. And of course, if this is slowly followed by increased prices, then I am also backing away from sugar. This can’t be a bad thing, especially if you’re trying to lose some weight and follow a healthy diet. See? There are some good things about these food shortages too!

6. Wheat

A lot of things are going wrong these days, and Russia’s invasion disrupted the supply chain entirely for a lot of items. For example, wheat is one of the products that has been running low since May, and not only we barely find it, but it has a huge price per package when we do. I guess I will have to ditch the spaghetti and move on to rice recipes, at least for a while. Can’t be that bad, right?

  1. I simply don’t understand this. For years now there’s been a cry about forthcoming food shortages.
So, if this has been predicted for years, why hasn’t America’s land been prepared for planting, harvesting, and storage (not shortage!!!)? See the difference in spelling? Really doesn’t take much to change the spelling.
So, why are billions $$$$ being sent to other countries at America”s taxpayer expense?
Oh yes, I’ve heard suicide amongst farmers has been increasing! Less Americans to feed?
P.S. Saudi Arabia planting crops in Southern Arizona, and, of course, being watered with scarce Arizona liquid – I e. water!
