Tampons – Retailers had a hard time keeping tampons on the shelves, as a recent report conducted by TIME shows, which left people all over the country struggling to access the primal care products.
Even more, in a recent earnings call, Andre Schulten, Chief Financial Officer at Tampax maker Procter & Gamble, declared they have difficulties when it comes to sourcing raw materials and described the “costly and highly volatile” process of transporting its goods, such as feminine care products. The company has decided to raise their prices in July, in order to cope with extra expenses.
