I am a foodie, and because of that, I want to try every single dish I hear about, no matter if it’s American, Latino, or Asian. Food is food, and I believe that our lives are not long enough to eat everything we like. Have you ever tried Caja Caliente’s disco de prepara? Believe me when I say it’s absolutely amazing!
This recipe has been reinvented by this restaurant by adding some cheese and guava, lechon, and vaca frita. All these ingredients are stuffed in a palm-sized bun and grilled until everything is crispy and the cheese is melted. For an even tastier experience, I would recommend serving it with some green homemade sauce, which is their famous specialty.
