5.Stout
This beer is a special one for sure! Its color is impressively black because it’s roasted with malt, and it contains a lot of coffee. Stouts are so creamy and chocolaty that they will basically melt in your mouth. And they are also made with ale yeast.
If you are not used to this kind of beer, you might want to take it easy. It contains a lot of alcohol, but mostly depends on how it’s made. From 9 to 13% ABV.
It’s going to be a nice experience, and I am sure you will be delighted by the intensity of the flavor. Some of the stouts are made with fruits, and if they add vanilla as the main note, you will be completely astonished!
Some of the best examples of stouts are: Rogue Shakespeare Stout, Sierra Nevada Stout, and North Coast Old No. 38.

i thought paulaner was a wiesse bier, we’re talking bananas and cloves here. an american wheat such as urban wheat is different. a good wheat beer used to be island wheat from capitol brewing (madison, wi)
My favorite beer is Modelo Especial and Negro, both are great beers. I also like pale ales, ipa but am not inclined to drink the stouts and very dark beers. I feel sure they have their own wonderful tastes but not for me. I have enjoyed beer for over 50 years and am so thankful I can still enjoy it and all that it brings to the table.
