8. Drink too much alcohol

As good as a glass of booze into the clouds might sound, it is better if you would say pass to the alcohol. Even though you might say that you are not going to get drunk, you have to think twice, because the onboard pressure can make your body respond to alcohol much faster.

This means that you can feel and even act a lot drunker after two glasses of your favorite booze in the air than you would after twice as much quantity on the ground.

9. No bubbly drinks

Speaking of alcohol, you should also say pass to drinks that are fizzy as well. Every passenger on the plane can feel their ears pop when the pressure in the cabin changes in the course of takeoff and landing.

A similar thing can happen when the gas in your body expands due to the pressure. By consuming a lot of bubbly drinks on the plane, you are more likely going to feel bloated and tired.
