1. The 4-Random-Words Method
One of the easiest yet most effective password tricks is to type 4 or even more seemingly random words together. Keep in mind the following when you do that:
- The password should be at least 12 characters long.
- You separate words with either punctuation, spaces, or special symbols.
- The words you choose don’t have any natural flow to them (like “I live in Minnesota”).
Some examples of these passwords, as well as how to remember them, include:
- “Trenton Drive Bakery Work” (I work in Trenton and drive by a bakery every day on my way to work).
- “Boston Airplane Minnesota Christmas” (I live in Boston but fly back home to Minnesota every Christmas).
- “Seattle, Coffee, Planes, Kindle” (Seattle is the birthplace of Starbucks, Boeing, and Amazon).
