Remember that Facebook scandal with third-party listening to voice messages? That was a transcriber’s job.
But don’t think of it in a negative context. As a transcriber, you simply have to listen to audio files and transcribe them to word documents. You might require industry experience or manuals for specific terminology but as main skills, you should be detail-oriented and have a solid knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
An average transcriptionist’s salary is around $245 per month.

Hi my name is Joy. I just moved here from PA. 6 months ago and I am retired. Thinking retirement would be so wonderful I was excited about not working. I was wrong!
