7. Dog Biscuits

Costco price: 6 cents per ounce
Walmart price: 8 cents per ounce

If you want to spoil your dog with several treats but you think that they will cost you a fortune, it is not the case if you buy them from Costo. You can choose from a wide selection of dog bones and biscuits and the best part is that they are also affordable.

If you buy biscuits from Kirkland, which is Costco’s brand, you will pay only 6 cents per ounce. Even though Walmart doesn’t have its own brand of dog biscuits, they are selling Milk-Bone treats that cost 8 cents per ounce.

…Make your dog happy and buy them some biscuits from Costo!

Biggest problem at Costco is the XXXL containers. Keep in mind the item may expire or get lumpy or old before you are able to use it all. You may end up trashing half of an item which will make it much more expensive than elsewhere.
Fresh baked goods – all of them – are a great buy and clothes are extremely inexpensive and high quality: many name brands are stocked as well as the Costco brand Kirkland.
Large packages of batteries are a real great price.
I always check prices at Costco before buying at Amazon. Better buys are almost always at Costco, unless you need a smaller quantity.
Another great thing is that Costco will always return items (even food) if you don’t like it. Amazon has a 30 day return policy, most items are free shipping to return. I always make certain I am buying a “free shipping and return” item when buying from Amazon.
I often buy fresh dinner items, divide and freeze in smaller containers. I can then have a great meal by thawing and putting in the microwave.
