Most gyms and recreation centers had to stop their activity during the coronavirus outbreak, forcing people used to working out to try all sorts of exercises at home. Not being able to move from one place to another made us even more aware of the importance of any type of physical activity.

Just like we managed to stay active during the lockdown with the help of some jump ropes, kettlebells and online workout videos, we can also do it post-pandemic without any fancy equipment. All you need is a little bit of determination to turn exercising into a normal routine.
