#1 Better than others
There is a common misconception around the world that Americans generally think they are above others, yet this may be closer to the truth than we would all like it to be. A survey revealed that about 55 percent of Americans believe they are more intelligent than other Americans, while only about 35 percent think they are just as smart as any other person!
The sad truth is that most average Americans believe they are smarter than others, but in reality, everyone is just as smart as everyone else. And most people just have an inflated ego!
#2 Demons, ghouls, and ghosts
It may not be something that you believe in, and you are in the majority, but not by a huge margin! Approximately 45 percent of the American population believes that demons and ghosts are real and that they lurk among us. Be it for religious reasons or superstitions, it is not really clear, but they do believe in them.
While there are some indications that they may be among us, it is still something a lot of people are skeptical about. Do you believe in ghosts?
