4. Cheap batteries

This is one of the things I learned from my father whenever I was a kid and he sent me to buy some batteries from the neighborhood store. And honestly, it’s a fact that most of the cheap batteries are not going to last more than a couple of weeks. You get what you pay for! A lot of people fall into this trap of buying cheap batteries because, for brand-name ones, they have to pay two or three bucks more.

Keep this in mind when you go shopping for batteries: don’t buy cheap batteries! Invest in re-chargeable batteries. When compared to regular ones, rechargeable batteries have less of an effect on climate change, air pollution, and water pollution. Additionally, they save you money because they are reusable and eventually pay for themselves.
