1 . Built-in distancing
Now that we’ve learned more about the virus and the fact that other variants are starting to emerge, social distancing is more important than ever.
So, since the beginning of the pandemic, the majority of stores have taken the necessary measures to prevent their customers from getting sick while doing their shopping.
That’s why there are special marks on the ground to make sure that customers maintain a safe six foot distance from one another while waiting in line for checkout.
Since the checkout can get very crowded it would make sense to place them there.
However, this could become a permanent feature in stores since we don’t know when the pandemic is going to be over or when we’ll be safe from it.
