We all know exercise is very important for our health. But attending an indoor class is still not the safest option, says the CDC. At least not without wearing a well-fitted face mask.

In fact, according to The Washington Post, 55 percent of 81 people who attended a training class in a Chicago gym in September contracted COVID. “To reduce SARS-CoV-2 transmission in fitness facilities, attendees should wear a mask, including during high-intensity activities when less than 6 feet apart,” the CDC recommends in their guidelines.
