4. He freed a tiger 

In May 2014, Vladimir Putin released two Siberian tigers into the wild. A few months after this event, in October, one of the wild animals that were released by the Russian president, a tiger named Kuzya, managed to cross the border and arrived in China.

The animal was looking for food and he crossed from the wilds of eastern Siberia all the way to China. A lot of local farmers were announced regarding the situation. Kuzya was identified with the help of an electronic device and he was saved.
