Robots to the rescue
With the increasing number of consumers and clients, more and more businesses have started relying on AI and robots for assistance.
If supermarkets and delivery services use robots, why not get them involved in airport services as well? More so with the global travel frequency expected to increase by 3.5 annually. Robotic assistance is already used in keeping flight information up to date, facilitate checkout counter operations and optimize airport experience.
In the future, maybe we’ll also see robots carrying our luggage or providing prompt information when needed.
