So, this is the new attractive menu item from McDonald’s? I see. At least I hope you don’t really have to pay for it! Despite the fact that the entire text was most likely created for amusement, or perhaps it was April Fools’ Day, we will never know for certain, but having a toilet in a drive-through may be a good thing! especially if a long road awaits you.
On a funnier note, they are probably getting a lot of people from the gas station who would rather use their facilities than a gas station bathroom!
