Chest discomfort
This is the most known sign of heart danger. If it happens to have a blocked artery or if it’s a heart attack, you might experience pain, tightness, or even pressure in your chest. Everyone has a different explanation for that feeling: some people experience it like an elephant that’s sitting on them, while others describe a pinching or burning feeling.
When it comes to how long it lasts, it should be longer than a few minutes. Plus, it occurs when you’re at rest or when you’re in the process of doing something physical. But if you’re feeling just a brief pain or spots that hurt when you touch them, it’s not about your heart, so you shouldn’t worry.

I have a irregular heart beat 95% of the time. I have sweating at night when sleeping some times drenched.
My heart has had racing above 100 beats per minute. My blood pressure suddenly dropped low 5 days before Christmas. I had to stop taking blood pressure medication because it was too low. But now I have been fatiqued all the time since then. I can’t hardly do anything at all. My left artery is 79% plugged up. And I have congestive heart failure. Is there anythng that can help my heart !
