9. Fatigue
After a certain age and after several years of hard work, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed or tired. However, don’t let it go unnoticed when you’re suddenly extremely fatigued and for no reason.
If you’re not going through anything that can explain why you’re so tired like depression, diet, exercise, then it’s a BIG red flag! In case this keeps happening, and you know you’re getting a full night’s sleep as well, then maybe consider talking to your doctor about it.
Just like all of these symptoms, it can be nothing concerning, but it’s better to check sooner than later.
