Visitors and residents of Rhode Island must follow state and federal masking rules and recommendations regarding the new coronavirus.

Hogwash. Mask will NOT stop this damn insanity. Mask hurt. Anyone believing this junk obviously needs more oxygen. Take the damn mask OFF. There is absolutely no NEED for these foul vaccines that are hurting people. I will spit everywhere before I wear a mask or get shot.
Yet, immigrants are transported to states all over our nation without vaccines. About 20% of them have symptoms of Covid!
