Some car dealers may accept credit cards when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. However, there may be some limits imposed on the purchase price, which means you’ll only be able to pay a portion of the car’s value by credit card.

One of the reasons car dealers don’t accept credit card payments is because they have to pay a fee to process the transaction. It may also not be the best option for you if your credit card charges high-interest rates or if you want to pay off your car gradually.

Instead, consider a credit union or a bank financing, especially if the car dealership also offers special promotions that can simplify the financing process. See Also: 7 Dangerous Mistakes You’re Making Every Time You Use Your Car

  4. Is there anything left that can use credit card for? All this is simply not valid article. Simply know your credit card limits and ability to pay it off. If you can not pay it off. Do not but it. or Do not have a credit card in first place. Do not live above your means.
