4. The Georgia Case
Prosecutors spent over six months investigating alleged attempts to overturn Trump’s narrow loss in the 2020 presidential election. The process of collecting information and evidence started after the disclosure of an hour-long phone call between Trump and Brad Raffensperger, the state’s top election official, on January 2, 2021.
According to the investigation, the former president said during the call that he “wants to find 11,780 votes”—a reference to the number of ballots necessary to give him victory in the swing state.
The grand jury looking into the case ended up being dissolved earlier this year. Their final report is currently sealed.
As with similar criminal charges against him, Trump described this one as a “witch hunt.” Additionally, he has attacked the legal official leading the investigation as a “young, ambitious Radical Left Democrat… who’s presiding over one of the most corrupt and crime-ridden places.”

We don’t know whether the former chief of state is being directly investigated, but it’s known that some of his allies are part of the inquiry. For an indictment, however, prosecutors would need to show beyond a reasonable doubt that those involved were aware that their actions were fraudulent.

I believe Trump is guilty on all counts. Lock him up.
I am not a Historian, but I am a student of history. It is a sad fact that when someone or a group of people takes a stand against the policies and practices of status quo Religious, Cultural and/or Political leaders or systems, they are always attacked as “Crazy, Angry, Misguided, Misinformed, Disruptive, Radical, Rioters, Evil or borderline Demonic.”
Amazingly, people of future generations and historians have little difficulty in discerning who the true Reformers and Destroyers were. I’ll name a few and I’m sure you too could easy surmise their “mark” on humanity. Here’s a short list: 1.) Marcus Cicero & Julius Caesar. Which one tried to Reform and Maintain the Roman Republic and the other Destroy it? 2.) Martin Luther & The Pope and The Holy Roman Empire. Which represented Oppression and the other Reform? 3.) Peoples of the Enlightenment Era & The Crowns of Europe and the state sponsored Church. Which group best represented the Biblical [God’s] position of governing individuals and national governess? 4.) Ray Epps & January 6th. 5.) Dietrich Bonhoeffer & Adolf Hitler. During the 1930’s which of these two Reformers was the true Menace and Destroyer of German society? Easy, wasn’t it?!!
Why is that? The element of human emotion is no longer in play as the years go by. One can think, reflect and reason better as to which person, or policies best benefited the individual, culture and nation. Unfortunately, the most important of all is usually the last to be revealed, which is: What is the truth of the matter? More times than not, history provides that answer and that’s why I’m a student of history. Having said that, I believe people and history will support the position that President Donald J Trump is a good man, who loved his country, a defender of the U.S. Constitution, the Christian faith and his policies worked to the benefit of most Americans.
