4. Cauliflower pizza crust
This product is one of the worst from Trader Joe’s. The cauliflower pizza crust is going to be soggy even after you bake it. And honestly now, who likes soggy pizza? Indeed, it has fewer calories than a regular frozen one from Trader Joe’s, but if the taste isn’t for you, I would kindly recommend the Kale Crust or the Broccoli ones instead. These two are the perfect options for vegetarians.
5. Nuts & fruit & honey
Don’t be misled by the phrase “nuts, fruit, and honey,” which may sound like a healthy snack in a jar. The calories add up to an astounding 300 calories per quarter-cup serving as a result of the ingredients “bathing” in honey. Unless you can restrict yourself to a modest serving stirred into yogurt, this should be put on your “skip” list because it has 26 grams of sugar and hardly any vitamins to speak of.

I have a choice of many markets. Often shop at Trader Joe’s and find their milk has much longer dates on the container (and in fact stays fresh longer) and costs less than my other choices.
