Imagine feeling sick and tired after doing something as easy as taking out the trash or watching a movie. This is something that many people with Long Covid-19 experience, and it may never go away. “Post-exertional malaise (PEM) is the development of symptoms after even little physical or mental effort,” according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

They added the fact that symptoms can get even worse a few hours after the exercise is done. The worst part is that these symptoms can last up to a few days or even a few weeks.

    I HAD A SEVERE REACTION THAT I THOUGHT MIGHT HAVE BEEN MY HEART… IT FELT LIKE A SQUEEZING CRAMP THAT BROUGHT ME INTO A FETAL POSITION WHILE SITTING IN MY RECLINER MAN IT WAS A SCARE! IT SUBSIDED SHORTLY AFTER 5 MINUTES OR SO. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS, SO FAR SO GOOD THOUGH.
