Apart from that, Sam’s Club offers tire mounting services as per the manufacturer’s specifications, flat repair even if you didn’t purchase your tires at their warehouse, wiper-blade installation and car battery testing.
More than that, their tire services cover a wide range of vehicles from trailers and ATVs to lawn & garden and industrial equipment tires.
Health screenings
Members of Sam’s Club benefit from free health screenings such as blood glucose. These can be performed for free all week while cholesterol tests cost $19. If you want more comprehensive tests such as blood pressure, cholesterol, body fat percentage vision or hearing, make sure to check Sam’s screening events scheduled throughout the year.

If you live alone or just with one other person, Costco membership may not work for you. Buying in bulk, 40 lbs of laundry detergent will last you a long time. Good refrigerated food discounts, but you need an extra fridge.
Called Sam’s as a member to install a tire I ordered and had delivered to my house. Was told they don’t install tires they don’t sell and don’t install for free. Said if I was a premier member there would be a 10.00 discount.
I still haven’t received my Sam’s membership card. I don’t know what the yearly card fee is.
