This is not exactly a case where a well-known figure died of COVID after refusing vaccination, however it’s a tragic event that had a significant impact on an innocent life.
This situation is a very tragic and sad one. Kali Cook’s mother, Karra Harwood was a teacher and was, also, against getting the vaccine shot. She caught the virus and her 4 year old daughter, Kali, was infected as well.
The preschooler died in her sleep, and she is the youngest COVID-19 fatality in Texas. Now, her mother regrets the decision of not getting the shot.
